  MCLEAN, Edward Angus - At Hilltop Manor Nursing Home, on Saturday, May 30, 2009, in his 89th year. Loving husband for 64 years to June McLean and dear father to Betty May Moore (Terry), Lisa Scrimshaw (John) all of Cambridge and Linda Harlow (David) of Kitchener. Dear grandfather of Craig, Kelly, Michael, Amanda, Jeffrey and Nathan and loved great-grandfather of Daniel, Hannah and Alexander. Ed was previously employed for over 40 years with Butler Metals serving as a production foreman. A lifetime member of the Royal Canadian Legion Galt Branch No. 121, Ed served his country in the Second World War in Italy, France and Holland. Resting at Corbett Funeral Home , 95 Dundas Street, Cambridge where the family will receive friends today (Monday) from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service to take place at the funeral home chapel on Tuesday, June 2, 2009 at 11 a.m. Cremation to follow. A legion service under the asupices of the Royal Canadian Legion (Galt Branch No. 121) will be held at the funeral home on Monday at 7 p.m. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Cancer Society, Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario or Parkinson Foundation of Canada would be appreciated by the family. www.corbettfuneralhome.ca.
