    • DAHLBERG _ Elaine "Marjorie" April 4, 1925 - January 25, 2006 Marj Dahlberg passed away on Wednesday, January 25, 2006 at the Foothills Hospital. She was 80 years of age and lived a full life. Marj was born in Waterloo, ON. The war was on when Marj completed High School and she worked on a farm with a girlfriend with the war effort. She later attended the St. Mary's Nursing school in Waterloo where she graduated as a nurse. Marj moved out to Moose Jaw where she married Gustav Dahlberg in 1952. They moved to the New Denver area in BC as Gus had a job in the Cody Reco mine. Marj worked in the local New Denver hospital. They then moved to Calgary where they resided until they retired. Marj worked as a nurse for many years, ran her home, raised her daughters, went camping and was active for many years with Beta Sigma Phi. She is survived by her two daughters, Lori and Lianne; granddaughters, Kirsten and Jacqueline; her brother Jerry Wildfang and her sister Jean Seyler, who are both in Ontario. Marj lived her final years in Calgary and will be missed greatly by her daughter Lori and her granddaughter Jacqueline. A park bench will be placed in her memory from the Calgary Parks Foundation. A Celebration of Marj's life will be held at LEYDEN'S "Chapel of Remembrance" on Wednesday, February 1, 2006 at 2:00 p.m. On-line condolences may be forwarded by visiting www.leydens.com .
