  STECKLEY, Eldon Reuben\emdashPassed away suddenly, on Tuesday, Jan. 6, 1987, at his home in Elmira, Eldon Reuben Steckley, formerly of Millbank, born in Mornington township, 45 years ago. He is the beloved son of Reuben and Clara Steckley of Millbank. He was a member of Maple View Mennonite Church; he was a real estate agent with Werner Real Estate Company in Waterloo. Beloved brother of Kenneth Steckley of Millbank and Sharon (Mrs. John Scheerer) of Millbank; beloved uncle of Jeffery and Judy Scheerer. Visitation at the Futher Bros. Funeral Home, 40 Henry St., Wellesley, where the family will receive friends this evening (Thursday), from 7-9 and Friday from 2-4 and 7-9. At 11 a.m. Saturday, removal will be made to Maple View Mennonite Church for the funeral service at 2:30, Rev. Alvin Leis and Rev. Alan Nafziger will officiate. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Remembrances to the Western Ontario Conference of Ministries, or to the Mennonite Central Committee would be appreciated by the family.
