- BRENNAN, Elizabeth (Betty) Therese (nee Wintermeyer) - Peacefully, while lovingly surrounded by her family at London Health Sciences Centre, University Hospital, on November 12th, 2016. Elizabeth (Betty) Therese (nee Wintermeyer) Brennan, in her 91st year.
Predeceased by her best friend and husband William (Bill) Brennan (1999).
Loving mother of Mary, Bill and his wife Judy of London, Susan and her husband George Krausz of Toronto, John and his wife Ellen, Stephen and his wife Carol, and Elizabeth and her husband Mike Krische all of London.
Extra special Nana to William (Sarah) Brennan and their daughter Rose, Emily (Nathan de Witt) Brennan, Andrew Brennan, Ryan (Chanele) Krausz, Daniel (Mallory) Krausz and their daughter Quinn, Jeremy Krausz, Patrick (Amanda) Brennan, Sean (Cassandra) Brennan and their children Jack and Nora, and Erin and Katie Krische. Also survived by her sister Therese (the late James) Wiley of Ottawa and sister-in-law Betty (the late Bruce) Murray of Thamesville and many nieces and nephews and their families. Predeceased by her brother John (Helen and Betty) Wintermeyer, and sisters Mary (Mal) Quigley, Rita (Eddie) Shoniker, and Lucy (Harry) Quigley. The family would like to thank Mom's friends and the staff at Amica of London for their love and friendship. A special thank you to Dr. Cathy Faulds, Fr. Mike Bechard, Fr. Bob Remark and the staff at the Intensive Care Unit at LHSC for their care and kindness. Visitors will be received at the JOHN T. DONOHUE FUNERAL HOME, 362 Waterloo Street at King Street on Friday, November 18th, 2016 from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm. Funeral Mass at Holy Family Parish, 777 Valetta Street, on Saturday morning at 10 am. Interment in St. Peter's Cemetery. Prayers Friday evening at 7 pm. As an expression of sympathy, donations may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association or Brescia University - Wintermeyer Scholarship Fund.
