    • Eloise Noecker, became a school teacher with the board, introducing the new subject of home economics when Elizabeth Ziegler Public School was opened in 1931.

      Miss Eloise E.. Noecker, 54 Albert St., Waterloo, died Saturday at K-W Hospital following an illness of three months.

      Born in Waterloo, she was a daughter of the late Dr. and Mrs. Charles T. Noceker. Mrs. Noecker was the former Roxana Edmunds.

      An aunt, Mrs. Minnie Fenton of Elmira, survives.

      A brother, Claude Noecker, predeceased her.

      The body is at the Edward R. Good Funeral Home, Waterloo, where the funeral will be conducted Tuesday at 2 p.m. Entombment will be in Woodland Mausoleum. Rev. A. R. Cragg of First United Church, Waterloo, will officiate.
