  Eloise Noecker, became a school teacher with the board, introducing the new subject of home economics when Elizabeth Ziegler Public School was opened in 1931. ___________ Miss Eloise E.. Noecker, 54 Albert St., Waterloo, died Saturday at K-W Hospital following an illness of three months. Born in Waterloo, she was a daughter of the late Dr. and Mrs. Charles T. Noceker. Mrs. Noecker was the former Roxana Edmunds. An aunt, Mrs. Minnie Fenton of Elmira, survives. A brother, Claude Noecker, predeceased her. The body is at the Edward R. Good Funeral Home, Waterloo, where the funeral will be conducted Tuesday at 2 p.m. Entombment will be in Woodland Mausoleum. Rev. A. R. Cragg of First United Church, Waterloo, will officiate.
