  January 23, 1873 - by Pastor Muenzinger in Philipsburg, Heinrich Forler was married to Amalia Lantz, both from Philipsburg. Marriage Announcement - Berliner Journal, January 30, 1873 _______________ Mrs. Albert Stiefelmeyer Mrs. Albert Stiefelmeyer, 88, of 547 Park St., died Wednesday at K-W Hospital. She had been in failing health. Born Emma Forler at Philipsburg, a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Henry Forler, Mrs. Stiefelmeyer had lived most of her life in Kitchener. She was a member of St. Peter's Lutheran Church. Her husband died in 1955. She was also predeceased by five brothers and three sisters. Surviving are a son, Frederick of Kitchener; a daughter, Mrs. C. Miller (Doris) Fisher of Boston; a sister, Mrs. William (Mary) Witt of Kitchener and seven grandchildren. The body is at the Gruhn Funeral Home where a service will be conducted at 3:30 p.m. Friday by Dr, H.W. Opperman. Burial will be in St. Peter's Lutheran Cemetery. Donations to the Thus It Is Written program of St. Peter's Church will be accepted as expressions of sympathy. Kitchener-Waterloo Record, August 13, 1964
