  Mrs. Douglas Perry Mrs. Douglas Perry of RR 2, Paris passed away at St. Joseph's Hospital, Brantford on Wednesday, June 27th, 1984 at age 74. The former Florence McRae, she was born and lived all her life in South Dumfries Township. Florence was a daughter of the late Murdo McRae and Agnes Guthrie. She was the beloved wife of James Douglas Perry and dear mother of Mac of RR 2, Paris; Joyce (Mrs. Wm. Beemer) of Stoney Creek; Pat (Mrs. Clarence Jarvis) of RR 1, Tiverton; Ray of RR 2, Drumbo; Betty (Mrs. Robert Bowman) of Guelph; George of RR 2, Drumbo and Linda (Mrs. Donald Davidson) of RR 3, Ayr. Also survived by 18 grandchildren. She was predeceased by sisters Jean McRae and Mary Edgar acid brother and sister Andrew and Isabelle who died in infancy. She dedicated her 46 years of married Life to her husband and family and was a second mother and grandmother to many others who loved her. Florence was a life long member of Knox United Church, Ayr. Funeral service was held at the Wm. Kipp Funeral Home, Paris on Saturday, June 30. Rev. George Saunders of Knox Church, Ayr officiated. Interment in Ayr cemetery. Pallbearers were Ian McRae, Neil McRae, Gordon McRuer, Robert Perry, John Schmidt and Don Treat. Flower bearers were her grandsons Mike Perry and Doug Perry. The Ayr News 4 Jul 1984 pg 11
