  Pat Kuntz Dies On Fishing Trip H. F. (Pat) Kuntz, vice-president of Carling Breweries Ltd., died suddenly yesterday afternoon while fishing at Kimball Lake, near Dorset, A guide was with him at the time. Mr. Kuntz was seized with heart attack and died instantly. Born in Waterloo. 57 years ago, he was the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. David Kuntz. His grandfather, the late Louis Kuntz, founded the Kuntz Brewing Company almost 100 years ago. He started as clerk in the brewery office following his graduation from St. Jerome's College. His oldest brother, David, predeceased him in 1915. His brother, William, who died in 1937, was president of the company. Deceased was appointed vice-president of the Carling Breweries, Ltd., at the time the Kuntz Brewing Company was taken over by Canadian Breweries Inc. in 1929. Mr. Kuntz: was well known in Canada and the United States through his business interests. Interested in hunting and fishing, he was a member of the North Waterloo Fishing and Game Association. He was a member of St. Louis' R.C. Church and the Holy Name Society. Besides his wife, the former Ursula Schwartz, he is survived by one son, Cpl. Thomas Kuntz, with the R.C.A.F. in Germany, and six daughters, Mrs. Marcus Ide, Guelph; Mrs. Russel Schaefer, London: Mrs. Ralph. Tailby, Kitchener, Adria, Eugenia and Mary at home.
