  HELEN HOFSTETTER PLATTSVILLE, Sept. 2 - Ill a short time with rheumatic fever, Helen Hobtetter, 18 year-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Walter Hofstetter, died early today at the home of her parents, east of Platteville. Born on Nov, 16, 1920, at Wilmot Centre, she received her public school education at Platteville. Deceased attended the United church and was a member of the Live Wire Sunday school class. Besides her parents there survive seven brothers, Harold of Baden, Floyd and Harry of Platteville, John, Layton, Reed and Glen, all at home, three sisters, (Ruby) Mrs. William F. Ament of Linwood, Marjorie and Jean at home. Private funeral service will be held at her parents home on Monday at 2 p.m. followed by public services at Plattsville United church.
