    • WUNDER, Herbert James R. - Peacefully, in his sleep, at his residence, 266 Carlaw Place, Waterloo, on Thursday, Aug. 17, 1989, age 65 years, born in Waterloo, Ont.

      Mr. Wunder had first worked for Charles Wunder Construction and Lavern Asmussen Construction as a superintendent for 30 years and then was self-employed for the past five years. He was a member of St. Agnes RC Church, Waterloo and also the Sierra Club.

      Survived by his loving wife, Anne (Kellett); beloved father of Donna and her husband David Launslager of Waterloo and Christopher at home. Also survived by three sisters, Margaret (Mrs. Pat McGrath) of Drayton, Edna (Mrs. Cyril Flannery) of Waterloo and Alice (Mrs. Edgar Gartung) also of Waterloo; brothers, Chuck and his wife Bernice of Toronto and Gerry and his wife Shirley of Kitchener. Fondly missed by five grandchildren, Michael, Sarah, Thomas, Kate and Laura Launslager.

      Predeceased by his parents, Charles and Elizabeth Wunder and a brother, Jack.

      Mr. Wunder's family will receive friends at the Edward R. Good Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo, Friday (today), 2-4 and 7.9 p.m. Prayers will be offered at the funeral home Saturday morning at 11 a.m., followed by the funeral mass at 11:30 a.m. at St. Agnes RC Church, with Rev. T.J. Gerharz officiating. Interment Parkview cemetery.
