Of King Street, Cambridge, on Monday, August 10, 1998, at the Cambridge Memorial Hospital, in his 85th year. Beloved husband of Mary Frances (nee Culliton). Dear father of Peter and his wife Ann of England, Mike and his wife Velma, Jean Barth and her husband Heinz, all of Cambridge and Hilary Weston and her husband Craig of England. Lovingly remembered by 6 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. Survived by one brother, Eric and his wife Doreen of England. Predeceased by his parents, James and Florence Kerr, 1 brother, Walter and 1 sister, Jessie. Mr. Kerr was born in Yorkshire, England and has been a resident of the area, since 1973. He was a member of the Church of England, the Royal Canadian Legion Hespeler Branch #272 and a Veteran of W.W.II, serving with the York and Lancaster Regiment. At Mr. Kerr's request, cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will be held at the BARTHEL FUNERAL HOME, 566 Queenston Road, Cambridge, on Wednesday, August 12, 1998, at 1: 30 p.m., with Canon David Bowyer officiating.
