  Hubert Eckenswiller Hubert Eckenswiller died on Monday at his residence, Imperial Hotel, New Hamburg at the age of 61. Born in New Hamburg, he was a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Henry Eckenswiller. He lived in the community all his life. He worked at Beaver Furniture Co. Ltd., Kitchener. A bachelor, he was a member of Holy Family RC Church. Surviving are two brothers, Norman of Stratford and Wilfred of New Hamburg, and a sister, Mrs. Thomas (Alma) O'Rourke of Kitchener. The rosary was recited Wednesday at the Bruce J. Omand Funeral Home, followed by removal to Holy Family Roman Catholic church for requiem mass conducted by Msgr. V.A. Priester. Burial took place in the church cemetery.
