- LEUMAN M. WAUGH. Born in New Dundee, Waterloo County, Ontario, Canada, March 6, 1877, removing with parents to Rochester, N. Y., in 1888. Educated in the public schools of Berlin, Canada, and in the Rochester Free Academy, later attending the King Seminary, Rochester, N. Y. He was graduated from the University of Buffalo, Dental Department, in 1900 with the degree of D. S. He was Professor of Histology in the University of Buffalo, Dental Department, 1901- 1903, and Professor of Histology and Pathology from 1903 to 1914. He is a member of the National Dental Association, Dental Society of the State of New York, and the Dental Society of the First Judicial District of N. Y. He is the inventor of a Radiographic apparatus specially suited to the needs of dental practice. named the "Waugh Radiographic Unit. ADDRESS: 576 Fifth Ave.. New York, N. Y"
