  Isabella (Belle) Racknor Isabella Racknor passed away at the Willett Hospital, Paris on Saturday, December 14th, 1996. She was in her 96th year. Born in Rawtenstall, England, she was a daughter of the late Clara Chadwick and Thomas Little. She came to Canada in 1912. In 1921 she married Rupert Racknor and moved to Lot 2, Concession 3, Blenheim Township. She was predeceased by her husband Rupert in 1985, by her brother Jack Little and her sister Jessie Garside. She is survived by her daughter Edna and her husband Elston Pipe and by her half-brother Walter Burbank and his wife Marjorie, all of Paris. Funeral service was held at the Wm. Kipp Funeral Home, Paris, on Tuesday, December 17th with Rev. Carol Ferguson-Kirby officiating. Interment in Ayr Cemetery. The Ayr News Dec 18 1996 pg 22
