  HERLICK, Jack Jack Lee Herlick, 58, of New Hamburg and formerly of Tavistock, passed away, in Stratford General Hospital, on Thursday, Aug. 17, 2000. He was born in South Easthope township, Perth county, a son of the late William Herlick and the former Ardena Kenyon on October 19, 1941. Jack had been an employee of Zehr's Markets for 41 years and recently has been the Meat Department Manager at the Zehr's Waterloo Square, Waterloo store. He is survived by one daughter, Sher and her husband Greg Brown of RR 5, Kincardine; one son, Brad Herlick of Tavistock; two granddaughters, Jillian and Katie Brown; four sisters, Doris and her husband Edward Steinacker of Tavistock, Lyla and her husband Harry Wilhelm of RR 2, Tavistock, Vida Mae and her husband John Innes of RR 2, Embro, Beatrice and her husband Mervin Foster of Woodstock; two sisters-in-law, Ruth Herlick of Kitchener, Dorothy Berger and her husband Fred of Tavistock; two aunts, Fannie Schragg and Ethel White and several nieces; nephews and cousins. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by two brothers. Stuart Herlick and his wife Bebe and Harold Herlick; one sister. Myrtle Steinacker and her husband Peter. At Jack's request there will be no funeral home visitation. A memorial ser vice to celebrate Jack's life will be held in Grace United Church, Tavistock, on Saturday, Aug. 26, 2000 at 2 p.m. Interment in Grace United Cemetery, Tavistock will follow cremation.
