  BOWMAN, James (Jimmy) November 2, 1918 - September 3, 2013, James (Jimmy) Bowman went to be with May, the love of his life. He had 94 1/2 wonderful years. He was an avid golfer, as well as a lifetime member of the Masons Shriners Scottish Rite and the Order of The Eastern Star. He had five children, many adoring grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. He had a passion for life and always wore a smile. He will be greatly missed by his children and grandchildren, Isobel and Pete Bennett (Gord and Janice), Marilyn and Jerry Guenther (Susan and Jerry), David and Sheila Bowman (Heather and Laura), and grandsons James and Aaron. He was predeceased by Mary (May), his wife of 60 years in 2002, his son James in 1975 and infant son Peter, in 1943. Cremation has taken place with a memorial service to follow, at Knox Presbyterian Church, Argyle Street North, Preston. Reception at the Royal Canadian Legion on Westminster Street North to follow.
