  Weiler, Whitey James Passed away accidentally at home, fixing something for himself for a change, on Sunday January 25th, 2015 at the age of 57. Beloved father of Jamie, Nicole (Jason), Craig and the late Tina. Loving partner for 22 years of Wendy "Red" Brevoort. Dear stepfather of James (Mandy) Brevoort and Rebecca (Jason) Bell. Loving brother of Charlie Weiler, Anna Liesemer (Jerry), Mike Weiler (Joyce), Mary Westphal (Mike), Pat Weiler (Gail), Helen Weiler (Davide), and William "Winks" Weiler. Whitey was the proud "Papa" of many grandchildren. Predeceased by his parents Chester and Lorraine. Whitey was a volunteer firefighter for 30 years, member of the Knights of Columbus, longstanding employee at Voisin Motors (Maryhill) and active in sports including baseball and broomball. His hobby...he could fix and sell anything and loved spending time and having a drink with his friends. Whitey's family will receive relatives and friends from 7-9 pm on Thursday January 29, 2015 and from 2-4 and 7-9 pm on Friday January 30, 2015 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467. Prayers will be offered at the funeral home on Saturday January 31, 2015 at 9:50 am followed by a procession to St. Boniface Catholic Church, 1354 Maryhill Rd for a Funeral Mass at 10:30 am. Fr Ron Voisin officiating. Reception to follow.
