  MRS. GEORGE CARTWRIGHT The funeral of the late Janet Dickson, wife of George Cartwright, Preston, who passed away early Thursday evening was held this afternoon from her late residence, 989 Hamilton street, with interment in the Preston cemetery. Born in Beverley township and a resident of Wingham for many years previous to her coming to Preston in 1916 where, but for a stay in Toronto between 1925 and 1933, she has resided ever since, the late Mrs. Cartwright was in her 72nd year at the time of her death which came after an illness of one year. Besides her husband there survives three daughters: Mrs. George Jacques, Preston; Mrs. H. Ward, Toronto and Olive, at home; two sons, Elmer in Toronto and Thomas of Southampton; three brothers, Robert, Alex. and Thomas, all of Wingham and two sisters, Mrs. J. West, Preston and Mrs. J.
