  Kropf, Jean Arlene (nee Wright) - Left this world to be with her Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ, on Thursday, February 12, 2009, at Cambridge Memorial Hospital in her 58th year. Beloved wife and best friend of James (Jim) Kropf. Cherished mother of Beth Rumig and her partner Darrell Taylor. Lovingly remembered by her grandchildren, Joshua, Ethan, Daniel and Mayah. Dear daughter of Aileen Wright-Mann and her husband John Mann and the late Ronald Wright. Beloved sister of Ronald Wright and his wife Marilyn and Carrie Bennett and her husband Craig. Loved sister-in-law of Marlene Ueberschlag and her husband Gerald. Fondly remembered by nieces and nephews, Ronald, Michael, Lyndsay, Cameron, Tanya (Matthew), Mark, Stacey, Lynn (David) and Wendy (Murray) and great-aunt to Andrew, Matthew and Ella. Jean will be forever remembered by her many friends. Jean taught for thirty years as a special education teacher with the Waterloo Regional District School Board and in 1978 she co-founded the Cambridge Kiwanis Boys Choir and until her recent illness she was the co-director of the choir. She was a faithful member of Avenue Road Baptist Church where she was dearly loved. Jean loved animals, especially Minnie-Jean, who gave her so much comfort during her recent illness. Friends will be received at Little's Funeral Home & Cremation Centre , 223 Main Street, Cambridge, on Sunday evening from 7-9 p.m. and on Monday at the church one hour prior to service. A celebration of Jean's life will be conducted at Avenue Road Baptist Church, 465 Avenue Road, Cambridge on Monday, February 16, 2009 at 11 a.m. Cremation to follow. Reception to follow at the church. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Cambridge Humane Society, Cambridge, Kiwanis Boys Choir and Avenue Road Baptist Church Building Fund would be greatly appreciated by the family.
