- MRS. CHARLES BREMNER
Engaged in hanging up the family washing. Mrs. Jessie Bremner suffered a heart attack at her home, 15 Reinhardt street, and died shortly before 2 o'clock yesterday after noon. Neighbors rushed to her assistance but she passed away before medical aid could be summoned, Mrs. Bremner, in her 54th year, was the mother of Stanley Bremner, local amateur boxer, and was born in Gananoque. She had resided here for about eight years.
Her husband survives with three sons, Leslie, Carl and Stanley, and two daughters, Violet and Verlie, all at home. Six brothers, Walter, Charles, John, David and Colin of Gananoque, William Gray in Bramton, and three sisters. Mrs. M. O'Hara, Renfrew, Mrs. Maggie Modler, Gananoque, Mrs. A. William in Wisconsin also survive.
It was only a week ago that a fourth sister died suddenly in Gananoque.
The funeral will take place on Saturday from the home at 1 orlock. Interment will take place at Woodland Cemetery Rev G Taylor Munro will officiate.
