  Died - Pneumonia, following influenza, resulted in the death at Kitchener on Wednesday, March 3rd, of Mr. John Crawford, formerly a resident of New Hamburg. The deceased was a shoemaker by trade and was employed at the Hamburg Felt Boot Co. He was born in Carlingford and resided for a time in Mitchell before coming to New Hamburg. He left here with his family about 12 years ago. After residing at Mitchell for a short time he moved to Stratford, where he conducted a shoe repair shop. He is survived by his wife and three sons, W ilbert, lately returned from overseas, Robert and William, all of Kitchener. New Hamburg Independent, March 12, 1920
