  J.C. Windell, Merchant Tailor Nothing inferior is tolerated with Mr. Windell. He understands what it means to be possessed of first-class material. Having risen from the "ranks," Mr. Windell deserves much of that which he is achieving - success. He has a reputation, not only as a practical tailor, but as a business man and citizen. His garments turned out have that beauty and taste displayed that shows plainly that they have left the hands of a master mechanic. His store is in Dando's Block on Ainslie Street.
