    • Josiah G. Hallman, 85. of 151 Lancaster. St. East, died at K- W Hospital Saturday: after a brief illness. He was a Kitchener resident for the past 33 years.

      Mr. Hallman was born April 22, 1873 at Mannheim son of the late. Mr. and Mrs. Aaron Hallman. He farmed at Didsbury, Alta., for about 20 years. He was a member of Bethany United Missionary Church.

      His wife, the former Magdelene Break, died Sept. 27, 1955.

      Surviving are a son. Maynard of Richmond Hill; two brothers, Simon of New Dundee and Aaron of Vineland Station, two sisters. Mrs. Edmund Witmer and Mrs. Isaac Brighton, both of Kitchener, and one grandson. Grant Hallman of Richmond, Hill.

      The body will be at the Ratz-Bechtel Funeral Home until Wednesday noon, then at Bethany Church where friends may pay their respects until the service. The funeral will be conducted Wednesday at 3 p.m. by Rev. L. K. Sider. pastor of the church. Burial will follow in Woodland Cemetery.
