  Kay Gillespie Kathleen (Kay) Patricia Gillespie passed away peacefully in her sleep at Extendicare Hamilton on May 17, 2004, after the recent celebration ofher 90th birthday this past March 17th. Beloved wife of the late Robert (Bob) J. Gillespie, mother of Joan of Toronto, Paul and his wife Sherry of Toronto and Ronald of Hamilton. Predeceased by daughter Carol Anne. Daughter of the late George and Jenny Holdsworth of Cobourg, sister of the late Edith Hughes and her late husband Tom of Kelowna, B.C., the late Arnold Holdsworth and his wife Florence of Cobourg. Kay Gillespie was a retired Occupational Therapist; a very active Hamilton Artist and a life member of the Women's Art Association of Hamilton. Also an avid gardener, she was for many years an active member of the Mount Hamilton Horticultural Society. She was a long time member of St. Stephen-on-the-Mount Anglican Church. Rested at M.A. Clark & Sons Funeral Home, 567 Upper Wellington Street, Mount Hamilton on Wed., May 19. The funeral service was held Thurs., May 20 at St. Stephen-on-the-Mount Anglican Church, 625 Concession Street at Viewpoint Ave. Cremation followed. Interment in Ayr Cemetery.
