- McLEOD, Kirt - Suddenly, as a result of an automobile accident, on Sunday June 11, 2006, of Ayr, in his 28th year. Kirt was a partner in B.N.K. Transport, he was a avid outdoors enthusiast, and had a great sense of humour. Cherished son of Bill and Peggy McLeod of Ayr; loved brother of Nathan (Cindy) and Oediia; beloved uncle to Camden, Brandon, Lauren and Emily; sadly missed by his fiance, Jen Barfoot whom he was to marry on July 29, 2006; dear grandson to Robert McLeod and the late Marjorie and Fern Coulter and the late James; special nephew to Kathy (Steve), Dan (Barb), Terry (Mark), Norm (Sylvia) and Bob (Jan); also survived by several cousins. Friends will be received at the Ayr Chapel, Wm. Kipp Funeral Home, 183 Northumberland St., Ayr on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral services will be held in the chapel on Thursday at 1: 00 p.m. Interment Ayr Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Juvenile Diabetes Association or Cancer Society would be appreciated.
