Beloved husband of the late Dolly (nee Fraser) Bean; loving father of Roger (Joanne) and the late George (Carol) Bean; cherished grandfather of Kevin (Patty) Bean and the late Tina (Tim) Wilton;adored great-grandfather of Daniel Lloyd and Christopher Michael Bean; brother of the late Rose Scott, Cameron, and Ella Bean; also survived by relatives and friends. The family will be present on Friday from 4-7 PM at the (Hamburg Chapel) JOHN J. KACZOR FUNERAL HOME, INC., 5453 Southwestern Blvd. (Corner of Rogers Rd. 646-5555) and where a Funeral Service will follow at 7 PM. Mr. Bean was a veteran in the Canadian Army during WWII from 1939-1945. He was a Command Sergeant on a Twenty Five Pounder with the 54th Battery in Brantford, ON. Mr. Bean was also an Electrician at Bethlehem Steel for 37 years and never missed a day of work. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice Buffalo.
