  HERCHENRADER, Lloyd (Herky) - At K-W Health Centre of Grand River Hospital, on Wednesday, Oct. 4, 1995, following a brief illness, Lloyd Herchenrader, of Waterloo, age 69 years. Herky was a longtime employee of Mutual Life for years before retirement. He was a lifelong member of St. Mark's Lutheran Church where he sang in the choir and was a former Sunday school secretary. He was also a past member of the Schneider Male Choir. Beloved husband of Louise (nee Witmer) for 42 years. Dear brother of Harry and his wife Linda, Dorothy Eckstein, all of Waterloo, Edith and her husband Harvey Holst of Kitchener; brother-in-law of Shirley Herchenrader of Kitchener, Ralph Witmer of Kitchener, Harold Witmer and his wife Donna of Waterloo. Sadly missed by his nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents, Jacob Herchenrader and the former Clara Sararas and his brother, Alfred (1995). Friends and relatives may call at the Ratz-Bechtel Funeral Home, 621 King St. W., Kitchener, today (Friday) from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held at St. Mark's Lutheran Church, 825 King St. W., Kitchener, on Saturday at 2 p.m., with Rev. Fred Ludolph officiating. Reception to follow at the church. Private interment at Blair Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations to the memorial fund of St. Mark's Lutheran Church or the Canadian Cancer Society would be gratefully acknowledged.
