- AINSLIE, Lorne James (Rocky)
On April 4, 2001, 75 years old. Sadly missed and always remembered by his daughter Lynda (Wayne) Kappler, Cambridge; his son Brian (Lorraine) Ainslie of Waterdown; two grandsons, Richard Kappler and Cole Ainslie; two great-grandchildren, Ashlyn and Owen Kappler, Cambridge, his sister Glenna (James) Percival, his brother Ted Ainslie. Also his former wife and friend Jean Ainslie, Brampton, and his earlier family (Crossett). Rocky was born in Morriston, lived in Galt a number of years before settling in Toronto. He was well-known in the 1940's when he coached Galt boys hockey at Galt Arena Gardens. A private family service was held on Saturday, April 7 in Waterdown.
