  The funeral of the late Mr. David McFarlane whose death took place on Tuesday at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Joseph Baechler, Tavistock, passed through the village enroute to St. Andrew's Cemetery where interment took place. Mr. McFarlane who was in his 85th year of his age has been ailing for some time from a complication of disease. Mr. MacFarlane leaves to mourn his loss four daughters and two sons, Mrs. D. H. Campbell, of Toronto, Mrs. Leslie Winch, Toronto, Mrs. Lottie Pequegnat, Kitchener, Mrs. Joseph Baechler, Tavistock, George at Plattsville and Russell, Winnipeg.
