  MARTIN, Lydian Passed away peacefully at the home of her daughter in Elora, on Sunday, May 20, 2018, at the age of 95 years. Lydian (Weber) Martin was the wife of the late Amos Martin (1998). Mother of Lovina Martin of Newton, Edwin and Leah of Gowanstown, Mary Ann and Amsey Gingrich of RR 2, Drayton, Sidney and Alice of Hawkesville, Lucinda and Paul Gerrie of Elora, Nancy and Elam Martin of RR 1, Mount Forest, Eva and Mervin Sauder of Newton, Minerva and Jonas Bauman of St. Jacobs, Esther and Duane Bauman of Fordwich. Grandmother of 60 grandchildren, 157 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren. Survived by brother Enos Weber, and brother-in-law Ivan Martin. Predeceased by her parents Alvin and Elizabeth (Martin) Weber, daughter Hannah (Mrs. Paul) Gerrie, son-in-law Amsey Bowman, two grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, four sisters, and four brothers (two in infancy). Visitation was held from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. on Monday, May 21, 2018, and will be held from 2-5 p.m. on Tuesday, May 22, 2018, at the home of Jonas and Minerva Bauman, 800 Hawkesville Road, St. Jacobs. A family service will be held at the home at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, May 23, 2018, then to Conestoga Mennonite Meeting House for burial and public service.
