  	FRUIT SALAD Margery E. Graff, New Hamburg 3 large oranges, 1 pint of pineapple raw or canned, 1 1/2 cups sugar, 1/2 teaspoonful salt, the juice of one lemon, 1/2 box Knox's gelatine, a little over a pint of boiling water, peel oranges and grate, removing as much of skins as possible, add pineapple and set aside, dissolve gelatine, then add boiling water and other ingredients, let come to a boil, remove from fire and strain; set aside to cool when it begins to thicken, pour in fruit, a very little cocoanut; stir well together, pour in mould and set on ice.
