  Death of Mrs. Buhlman Mrs. Mary Buhlman, widow of the late John Buhlman, passed away at the home of her son Leo at Waterloo on Sunday, May 6th. at the age of eighty six years, She was born in Germany and came to Canada fifty years ago, being a resident of Mildmay for twenty two years. Since the death of her husband she has lived with her son Leo. She suffered from a paralytic stroke after moving to Waterloo from which she never recovered. She is survived by six sons and three daughters. fifty eight grandchildren, and twenty five great-grandchildren. The children are: Xavier and Leonard of West Branch, Mich.: Alex and John of Detroit; Charles and Leo of Waterloo. Mrs Ed. Gehl. Mrs. Joseph Bohnardt, and Mrs. Peter Roll, all of West Branch, Mich. She was a member of the Christian Mothers society, the members of which marched in a body at the funeral which took place from the home of her grandson, Albert Buhlman to the R. C. Church and cemetery. Rev. Father Montag officiated. The pallbearers were: Messrs P. Schumaker, A. Schnurr, A. Schnieder. C. Benninger, J. Buckel, L. Kramer, and Frances Schmaltz. A great grandson was cross bearer. To the bereaved family and relatives is extended the sincere sympathy of many friends. The Daily Record, Kitchener, Ontario, Canada Wednesday, May 16, 1923
