  FORMER BLAIR CITIZEN DEAD Dr. Melvin O. Sipes, Dentist, Passes Away In Seattle; Various Activities In Village In Brief Review. BLAIR, Oct. 28 The death occurred of Dr. Melvin O. Sipes at Seattle, Washington. Dr. Sipes Was a resident of Blair until taking up dentistry at the Toronto Dental College. He practised in Kitchener for a few years and then went to Seattle. He had many friends who will mourn his loss. He is survived by his parents Mr. and Mrs. J. Sipes of Blair, one sister, Mrs. M. Kreh of New Hamburg and two brothers, Norman of Blair and Allan of Vancouver. The remains are being sent to Blair and will be interred in the Blair Cemetery.
