- Milton Griffin
Born April 15, 1914 in New Hamburg, he was a son of Mrs. Philo Griffin and the late Mr. Griffin. He came to Hanover 15 years ago from Stratford and was a foreman with Canada Packers at Walkerton. He was a member of the New Apostolic Church.
Surviving besides his mother, are three sons, Howard, James and Robert, all of Stratford; one daughter, Mrs. Wayne (Marilyn) Zehr, Kitchener; two brothers, John and Robert, both of Stratford; five sisters, Mrs. Emily McGraw, Mrs. Wilbert (Helen) McMillan, both of Stratford, Mrs. Norman (Florence) Beamish of Hespeler, Mrs. Harold (Dorothy) Merlett of London, Ont., and Mrs. David (Margaret.) Sproat, Scarborough, and 11 grandchildren.
The body will be at the Tanner and Pearson Funeral Home here until Monday when removal will be made to the New Apostolic Church for service at 2 p.m. Rev. Helmut Lindner of Kitchener will officiate. Temporary entombment will be in the Hanover cemetery chapel.
