      It is with deep regret we announce the passing of Murdock "Keith" MacNeil on Wednesday, June 7, 2017, at Trinity Village Care Centre. Born in St. Margaret's Village, Bay St. Lawrence, Cape Breton, Nova Scotia, he was the son of the late John James and Jane (MacNeil) MacNeil. Keith worked at Babcock and Wilcox, for 30 years before retiring in 1993. He will always be remembered for his wonderful sense of humour, his love of softball, bowling and gardening. Keith will be sadly missed by his daughters; Jane Lynne Glover (Doug) and Sarah Catherine Rees (Raymond). Beloved grandfather of Carson, Adam, Chelsea and Hannah. He is also survived by his brothers; John T., Sydney River, NS; Francis, St. Margarets Village, NS. and Wendell (Annie), Sydney Forks, NS. as well as several nieces and nephews. Keith is also predeceased by his brothers, James Angus, Theodore, Paul Bernard and his sister, Mary E. Gilliland. Resting at Corbett Funeral Home, 95 Dundas Street N., Cambridge, where family will receive friends on Sunday, June 11, 2017, from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. A Memorial Mass will be held at St. Clement's RC Church, 745 Duke Street, Cambridge, on Monday, June 12, 2017, at 10 a.m. Interment to follow at Parklawn Cemetery.
