    • MACINTOSH, Neil A. (Mort) - age 86 passed away peacefully at the Cambridge Country Manor on December 12, 2015. Neil was predeceased by an infant son, parents William and Edna (Chester) MacIntosh; sister Edna Marie (Shaw) and brother-in-law Grant Shaw; brother Donal and sister-in- law Ethel MacIntosh. Neil was employed by Crow Foundry. He was a volunteer fireman and a member of Hespeler Branch 272 Royal Canadian Legion. Neil played hockey in his younger years but his real love was baseball. He was a terrific player, coach and an avid fan of the game. Neil is survived by his daughters Karen MacIntosh; Janey (Peter) Rigby of Berwick NS; son Neil (Jane) MacIntosh of Cambridge ON and his grandsons Zachary Rigby of Berwick NS and Brett and Brian MacIntosh of Cambridge ON. He is also survived by his sister Jane (Robert) Prior of Cambridge ON and several nieces and nephews. Neil was a lifelong resident of Hespeler and will be remembered by many family and friends The family would like to send a heartfelt thank you to the Staff of the Cambridge Country Manor. Please raise a glass in celebration of Mort's life. Cremation and a private family funeral has taken place. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Hespeler Legion Branch 272 - Poppy Fund. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Lounsbury Funeral Home, Cambridge.
