      The death took place at his home on Hall Street, Ayr on Tuesday, April 20, 1999 of Neil Harley Stere. He was in his 59th year. Born in East Zorra Township he was a son of the late Ida Gerber and Ezra Stere. Neil was employed at J & R Hall Transport, Ayr. He will be dearly missed by his wife, Ina; his daughter, Pamela and her husband Jeff Hall and his son, Jeffery, all of Ayr; two grandsons, Cody and Dylan Hall; two brothers, Orval and his wife Carol of Innerkip and Verle and Sharon of Calgary; one sister, Ruth Ann and her husband Robert Miller of Stratford; his mother-in-law Arnetta Youngblut and his brothers and sisters-in-law, Carol and Ken, Ken and Lynn, Paul, Janice, John, Alan, Susan and Bill, Sonya and Lyle, Kathy and Dave, Nancy and Tony and Mary Beth. Neil is also survived by many nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents he was predeceased by his father-in-law Lloyd Blum. Funeral service was held at the Ayr Chapel, Wm. Kipp Funeral Home on Friday, April 23 at 1: 30 p.m. Pas-tor Susan Johnson officiated. Interment was in Ayr Cemetery. Pallbearers were Marvin Stere, Jim Miller, Jamie Dance, Ken Mogk Jr., Steve Blum and Mike Pullen.
