Palmerston - Nelson K. Weber, 83, of Palmerston, died Thursday at Palmerston Hospital after a lengthy illness.
He was born July 22, 1880, in St. Jacobs. He farmed in Wallace Township until his retirement to Palmerston several years ago.
He was a member of Palmerston United Church.
Surviving are a son, Carl of Gowanstown; a daughter Mrs. William (Betty) Humers of Palmerston, five grandchildren and one great-grandchild. His wife, the former Mary Ann Bender, predeceased him.
The body will be at the K. M. Henderson Funeral Home, Palmerston, until Saturday noon, when removal will be made to Palmerston United Church for the funeral at 2 p.m. conducted by Rev. Douglas A. Muir. Burial will be in Palmerston Cemetery.
