  Brown-Thompson. The marriage of Miss Nettie Thompson, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Emerson Thompson of Spokane, Wash., and Dr. Arthur Ballantyne Brown of Champion, Alta., son of Mr. and Mrs. William McEnerey Brown of Mustadt, Ont., took place on Saturday afternoon at the Wesley Methodist parsonage, the Rev. A. S. Tuttle officiating. The bride wore her smart traveling suit of navy blue broadcloth with turban to match, and was unattended. Her father, who accompanied her from Spokane, was present and gave her away. Dr. and Mrs. Brown are spending a short honeymoon at Banff, after which they will leave for their future home in Champion, where the doctor is practicing.
