  CLEMENS, Osborne B. At St. Mary's Hospital, on Wednesday, Feb. 7, 1979, following a brief illness, Osborne Bricker Clemens, age 73 years, of 72 Brentwood Ave. A member of Benton Street Baptist Church for 48 years. He was employed for many years with the Kitchener Water Commission, until his retirement in 1971. Beloved husband of the former Charlotte Sternaman; dear father of Rev. Earl of Burlington, Roger Allan and Mrs. David (Joan) Buchner both of Kitchener; seven grandchildren also survive; predeceased by his parents and twin brother Watson. Friends may call at the Ratz-Bechtel Funeral Home, 620 King St. W., Kitchener. Funeral service in the chapel on Friday at 3 p.m., with Rev. Arnold McNeill officiating. Interment Memory Gardens. Donations to the Ontario Heart Foundation or the Gideons may be made as expressions of sympathy
