- Miss Otilla Roos, 245 Howland avenue, Toronto, a former resident of Waterloo, died suddenly at the home of her niece, Mrs. George Becker, 258 Albert street, Waterloo, early today. Death was due to a heart attack. Miss Roos, with her sister, Miss Georgina Roos, also of Toronto, had been visiting with Mr. and Mrs. Becker over the weekend. Miss Roos was well known in Waterloo and vicinity having resided in Waterloo until 17 years ago. During her residence here she was an active member of St. John's Lutheran church. Surviving are two brothers, Albert Roos of Toronto, and Edward J. Roos of Kamloops, B.C. and one sister, Miss Georgina Roos. The funeral will be held Wednesday at 2.30 from Letter and Dreisinger Funeral Home, Waterloo, to Mount Hope Cemetery. Rev. C. S. Roberts, pastor of St. John's Lutheran church, will conduct the services. The remains are at the funeral home.
