• Notes

  Mrs. Henry Knipfel, 66, Petersburg, died Sunday at the K-W Hospital after a lengthy illness. The former Pearl Koch, Mrs. Knipfel was born Aug. 23, 1895, in St. Agatha. She was a Wilmot township resident all her life and member and former organist of Emmanuel Lutheran Church, Petersburg. A daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. George Koch, she is survived by her husband, whom she married Feb. 4, 1920; two brothers, William and Herbert of Waterloo and one sister, Mrs. Emma Knarr of Waterloo. She was predeceased by two brothers, Jacob and Henry. The funeral will be conducted at 3 p.m. Wednesday at Emmanuel Lutheran Church, Petersburg, by Rev. Ronald Reisdorf. Burial will be in Petersburg Lutheran Cemetery. The body will be at Ratz-Bechtel Funeral Home until noon Wednesday, when removal will be made to the church.
