Notes |
- It is with profound sadness that we share the sudden and unexpected death of Pierre Lemieux on Monday, May 22, 2023 at his home in Kitchener at the age of 49.
Beloved son of Murielle and the late Edmond (1986). Adored brother of Sandra (Tim), and fun uncle to Zander and Marcus. He will be remembered as a loyal and supportive man by his many uncles, aunts, cousins and friends.
Pierre was a kind-hearted and sensitive boy who grew up to be a compassionate and generous man. He was the first to offer help and the last to leave a gathering. Pierre was known for his love of sports, music, gardening and a good prank or two. He was proud of his community and supported local small businesses, musicians, festivals and breweries. Our lives were blessed because of Pierre.
Pierre's family will receive relatives and friends from 6:00 - 8:00 PM on Tuesday, May 30, 2023 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick St., Kitchener 519-749-8467.
The funeral mass for Pierre will take place at 11 AM on Wednesday, May 31, 2023 at St. Francis R.C. Church, 49 Blueridge Avenue, Kitchener followed by a reception.
Interment Woodland Cemetery.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).
