  • Notes
    • A Venacular Neo Classic Revival house of one and three quarter stories, hoof line is interesting; particularly with the use of the small palladium window. Porch has been removed; which once went across facade. Georgian type door has been added. Built circa 1900.1a

1aC. R. Cornish, "An Architectural Survey of Berlin, The Centre Area"; report to Kenneth McLaughlin Professor, 1979; Kitchener Public Library.
