  Bob Dance Robert (Bob) Hicks Dance of Milton passed away at Milton District Hospital on Friday, March 4, 1994 after a lengthy illness. He was in his 77th year. Born in Ayr, he was a son of the late James and Mabel Dance. He lived in the area before going to Brantford. He served with the R.CAF. 1941-1946. For the past 30 years he had been a resident of Milton where he was an active supporter of Milton Old Timers Hockey. Dear husband and friend of Mildred for 49 years. Dear father of Wenda (Ernest) McCallum of Valleyview, Alberta; Judy (John) Dent of Windsor; Kim (Walter) Palermo of Tillsonburg; Jim (Nancy) Dance of Burlington and Brent (Barb) Dance of Acton. Loving grandfather of Frank (Carol); Bill and Danny McCallum; Jason and Christine Dent; Christina and Sean Dance and Angela Dance. Also loved by great-grandchildren, Justin, Katie and Kelsey. Survived by a sister, Mae (Mrs. Max Miles) of Cambridge and several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents, James and Mabel Dance, brothers, Wallace, Norman, Jim, Jack and Bill; sisters Marion, Isabel and Jean. Funeral service was held on Monday, March 7 at 1 p.m. from St. Paul's United Church, Milton. Cremation followed. The Ayr News 9 Mar 1994 pg 13
