  Obituary of Bob Gerth Peacefully went home to be with his Lord and Saviour at The Westmount on October 12, 2007 at the age of 75 years. Dearly beloved husband of Shirley (nee Kraft) Gerth. Precious dad to Leslie Ann (Brian) Webb, Susan (Gordon) Collins and Jim (Theresa) Gerth. Much loved Grandpa of Ryan, Matthew and Jonathan Webb and Andrew and Christopher Collins. Dear brother to Howard (Phyllis) Gerth, William Gerth and Dorothy Fuhrman. Predeceased by his parents Norman and Adeline (Eidt) Gerth; his brothers, Nelson, Floyd, John and Donald Gerth and his sisters, Lorene Erb, Marjory Brandon and Ruth Gerth. Visitation will be held at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo, on Sunday, October 14, 2007 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m., and from 1-1:45 p.m. on Monday, at the church, before the service. The funeral service will take place at Holy Cross Lutheran Church, 322 East Ave., Kitchener, on Monday, October 15, 2007 at 2 p.m., the Rev. Robert Bugbee and Rev. Roland Syens officiating. Interment in Williamsburg Cemetery, Kitchener. Following the interment, friends are invited back to the church for a reception. As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to Stephen Ministry or Ukraine Mission Fund of Holy Cross Lutheran Church, and may be arranged through the funeral home, 519-745-8445 or www.erbgood.com.
