    • A two-car crash north of Roseville at 6: 50 p.m. Monday evening has claimed one life and sent three other persons to hospital. Roger Gray, 19, of Ayr, was killed when the car, driven by Norman Pyne, 26, of Waterloo, in which he was a passenger was in collision with a car operated by Daniel Boshart, 18, of New Dundee. The crash occurred at the intersection of the Roseville-Kitchener Road and the New Dundee-Blair Road.
      The Pyne vehicle, a 1964 Mercury, north-bound on the Roseville Road was attempting to cross the New Dundee Road when it was struck on the passenger's side by the Boshart car, a 1963 Chevrolet. Pyne and a third passenger in this auto, Norman Chesney, 19, Ayr, along with Boshart were rushed to St. Mary's Hospital, Kitchener where Pyne was listed in serious condition on Tuesday morning. The other two were reported in good condition. Waterloo Township Police were in charge of the investigation. - ROGER LYN GRAY - Roger Lyn Gray, a son of Mr. and Mrs. William Gray, Scott Street, Ayr, was a lifelong resident of Ayr. He was a graduate of Ayr Public School and had attended Southwood Secondary School in Galt. For the past three years he had been an operator at Butler Metal, Preston. Surviving besides his parents are ten brothers and sisters: Wayne of Ayr; Mrs. Robert (Dale) Ellis of RR 1, Ayr; Kim, Jo-Ann, Sherri, Carol, Kevin, Sandra, Colleen and Tracy; and a grandmother, Mrs. Jean Gray of Galt. Resting at the William Kipp Funeral Home, Paris, where private funeral service will be conducted on Thursday afternoon. Interment in Ayr Cemetery.
