• Notes

  A beautifully restored 2&112 storey red brick residence, with full-width verandah and partial balcony over, and a range of Queen Anne style features including oriel window, turret, 2-storey side bay window with stained glass, and a period colour scheme. In 1994 the verandah was rebuilt to match the original as seen in a 1920's photograph. Extremely well cared for and near original in condition, the residence was built in 1897-1898 for Karl Mueller, an early paint manufacturer. An outstanding example of conservation. Designated under Part IV of the Ontario Heritage Act.
