  Ronald Wilfred Snyder Friday, June 14th, 1935 - Thursday, March 10th, 2022 Snyder, Ronald Wilfred It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Ron Snyder on Thursday, March 10, 2022 at Grand River Hospital at the age of 86. Ron was born on June 14,1935 in Kitchener, to Elias and Marjorie (nee Musselman) Snyder. Ron was preceded in death by his parents and brother Cliff (Margaret (Peggy)). Ron is predeceased by his wife Audrey (2020) and is survived by his two children David (Renee) and Donald (Anabela), and his brothers Claude (Barb) and Russ (the late Sandra) and sister-in-law and brother-in-law to Sandy and Ken Radtke. Loving grandfather to Rebecca (Brad), Andrew, Ashley, Allison (Frank), and Michael. Ron was a caring uncle, great uncle, brother-in-law, and cousin. Ron will be missed and remembered by many family members and friends. Ron is most known for his legacy and love of racing cars. Starting in 1954 at Bridgeport Speedway, to be followed by the many local speedways. Ron and his wife Audrey were in business together for 47 years proudly owning and operating the garage business Ron Snyder's Service Station. Ron's family will receive relatives and friends on Monday, March 14, 2022 from 3-5 pm and 6-8 pm at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick St., Kitchener 519-749-8467. The Funeral Service will take place at 11:00 am on Tuesday, March 15, 2022 at Historic St. Paul's Lutheran Church, 137 Queen St. S. Kitchener followed by a reception.
