  ESTEEMED RESIDENT PASSES AWAY Mrs, Philip Poth Dies at Her Home In Her 65th Year. Death summoned a highly respect- ed resident of this district in the person of Mrs. Philip Poth, who passed away at her home on Monday following a three weeks' illness. She was in her 65th year. Deceased who was born in Tavistock in 1862, was united in marriage to Philip Poth Feb. 5, 1886. There survive her husband, one son Elmer, and one daughter, Idella (Mrs. L. H. Cassel) of New Dundee. Also three sisters, Mrs. H. Dill, Flint, Mich., Mrs. J. M. Lenz, Sandusky, Ohio, and Mrs. A. Lautenschlager, Elmira, and one brother, S. S. Quehl of Battleford, Sask. Also two grandchildren. Im pressive and simple funeral services were conducted at the home and at the Baptist Church on Thursday afternoon and were largely attended
